I purchased an old home made in the early 1900s with an “as is” septic tank system. I wasn’t able to get it inspected due to the frozen ground; however I needed a place to call home because I had a new career opportunity Waiting for me. I quickly learned that this was a mistake and tried to sell the property using multiple different realtors none of which could get a deal closed. Unhappy with the neighborhood and circumstances I decided to rent the home out. The tenants left me with a destroyed home and more problems. My last hope was to restore the home and find a realtor that could help me sell the property. I wound up getting in contact with Jen Johnson through some old friends in the neighborhood. Jen reassured me that she knew the area well and could close a deal. My completely destroyed property and weird circumstances never scared Jen away, in fact we got straight to work! Jen and her team completed all needed repairs at a very affordable price. With In a few months the home was restored. Everything obstacle we overcame! No matter what it was Jen never got rattled throughout the process which reassured me to keep trusting her. I am now on the other side of the hurdle screaming, “Jen got the deal done”. Moving and selling is stressful, but trying to sell a house near the end of the year is difficult. Plus, my house was out in the country which has a smaller buying market. She helped get us into a new home the very same day. She also was honest and upfront about all the homes we looked at because her only goal was to make sure we moved into our forever home and she made that happen for us. Emily went above and beyond for us. We bought the home before we were officially moved in so she personally went to the home for us several times to oversee minor things like trash pick up, putting trash bins back in the garage, and making sure the home was in working order. This was my first home and she definitely made this experience positive in every way. I strongly recommend Emily for your realtor needs. Even if she cant personally take care of something, she will easily give you 2-3 people that can. I cant speak highly enough about Emily. Recommend, would do it again.
